It covers ripening, maturity, cold storage, controlled atmosphere storage, minimal processing, drying, freezing, packaging, edible coatings and quality maintenance. The session also addresses post-harvest losses, supply chain management, value addition and technologies that improve shelf life, nutritional quality and marketability of fresh produce.
