Welcome Message

I appreciate the opportunity to address the Congress. Agriculture is the essential human activity it interacts with environments throughout the world and provides the food we all eat. There have been great advances in agricultural technology but most of the agricultural disciplines have avoided discussion and adoption of ethical principles to evaluate their technology and practices. Sustainability which everyone is for is included in the conference agenda. Agriculture’s dominant goal is to feed all, but there are many ethical dilemmas (sustainability, pesticides, pollution of water, soil, and humans, habitat destruction, cruelty to animals, biotechnology, loss of genetic diversity, etc.) that concern the public and are not addressed.  I intend to ask if production justifies all agricultural activities and encourage continuing debate of the many ethical dilemmas and development of an ethical foundation.

It is a great honor for me to deliver a welcoming address and discuss the challenges of food security for socially vulnerable groups.
Today, the quality of interaction between the state, civil society, business, and various social groups addresses the challenges of creating a comfortable environment in society. The following tools and areas for transformation include: Digital tools help accurately identify those in need, track aid delivery, and avoid duplication. Degraded lands provide resources for environmentally friendly production. State support motivates participants in this process. Infrastructure ensures delivery of results to those in need, etc.

Global practice has established a set of approaches to streamlining social architecture in the field of nutrition. These include emergency assistance and preemptive actions; targeted assistance to vulnerable groups; a combination of different forms of support; and strengthening local food systems.

The proposed solutions, using methods from architectural institutions, allow for effective solutions to society's social problems. Thank you for your attention!
