Abstract:

Background: Different human pathogens disrupt well-being by causing physical illness, triggering harmful immune responses, and inducing psychological distress. Influenza, coronaviruses, Streptococcus bacteria, Toxoplasma gondii, or systemic fungi disrupt organ functions and persistently drain physical vitality. Chronic immune activation and inflammation from infections release cytokines that signal the brain, often triggering anxiety, fatigue, and depressive symptoms. Different Pharmaceutical companies are trying to tackle the problem to prepare appropriate vaccines.

Aims and Objectives: The main objective is to use a mixture of root and leafy vegetables as biomedicines in the PMPOSHAN-Midday Meal diet among students to show the effect of sustainable growth.

Materials and Methods: Here, the mixed boiled foods are potatoes, carrots, beetroot, and coriander, which are selected as PMPOSHAN-biomedicines and regularly included in the everyday diet in a particular ratio.

Results and Discussion: Biomedicine shows positive impacts among the students and guardian communities. It significantly improves their overall growth and health, promoting better physical, cognitive, and nutritional outcomes while contributing to long-term health and food security. The intersection of advanced food science, global health, and student lifestyle centres on nutrition security, which ensures access to a diverse, safe, and balanced diet necessary for cognitive and physical development. For students and communities, this nexus is often challenged by academic stress, limited resources, and evolving dietary trends like "mixed-biomedicine-foods." Cooked mixed biomedicine foods also act as a preventive natural vaccine against diseases, obesity, malnutrition, colds, and flu, including eye problems, a sedentary lifestyle, and poor food habits, and boost immunity.

Conclusion: The present work covers the main theme, “Transforming Food Systems through Science, Innovation, and Technology.” These biomedical technologies are revolutionizing global well-being by driving innovations in safe, smart, and sustainable food systems to address critical challenges in environmental degradation, food security, and nutrition. Key biomedical applications, sustainable production paradigms, and diagnostic tools synthesize to evaluate their collective impact on global health and environmental stability. Furthermore, this biomedicine addresses key implementation hurdles and outlines strategic pathways toward a sustainable future in food technology. Emerging biomedical technologies are revolutionizing global well-being by driving innovations in safe, smart, and sustainable food systems, addressing challenges in environmental degradation, food security, and nutrition. The congress will also provide a dynamic platform for exchanging ideas, sharing cutting-edge research, sustainable solutions, and fostering collaborations between academia, industry, and policymakers. Nutritional status directly influences academic performance. Students with adequate, diverse diets show better focus and cognitive function, while those facing food insecurity often experience higher rates of anemia and poor academic outcomes. So, the World Congress on Food Science Frontiers (Food Frontiers 2027) is titled “Emerging Biomedicine Technologies Improve Global Innovations in Well-Being with Safe, Smart, and Sustainable Food”. Focuses on the broad and evolving field of food science, technology, and innovation, covering the development of safe, nutritious, sustainable, and high-quality food products. It includes advances in food formulation, ingredient technology, processing methods, product design, food safety, and quality improvement. It will also highlight emerging innovations that support healthier diets, sustainable production, improved shelf life, and the transformation of the global food industry.

Biography:

Dr Subhas Chandra Datta, who holds a Master of Science, Bachelor of Education, and a Ph.D., has been recognized as a President Awardee and has been engaged in innovative research across multiple fields since 1993. He has worked as an assistant teacher and headmaster at D.N.Das High School (HS) in Kanchannagar from 1996 until the present. Dr Datta specializes in evaluation and the enhancement of health and wellbeing. His research focuses on healthcare, biomedicine, physiology, education, environment, plant protection, agriculture, pathology, allelopathy, and homoeopathy. His open contextual evaluation model is known for its responsiveness and has created new avenues for research and application. His plant-based biomedicine, presented in a homoeopathic form known as 'Cina', has been recognized as one of the top articles in the field of public medical health by the World Health Organization (WHO).His contributions have also been acknowledged with a patent granted by the Central Silk Board (CSB) in 2005.He is an honorary member of various esteemed organizations and has authored over 149 papers. Additionally, he serves on the editorial boards of several respected academic journals.
